Arrampicare in provincia di Pordenone
Anche per la provincia di Pordenone, come per Udine,
è difficile parlare di arrampicata senza che questa sia sinonomo
di montagna, e come montagna è sicuramente tra le più
selvagge e intoccate della regione.
In particolare meritano una visita le celebri falesie di Erto,
con il settore Big che ha attirato e sfidato i migliori climber del
mondo, il settore No Big con le vie aperte da Mauro Corona per consentire
anche ai novizi di godere del luogo, e le quasi duecento vie che ha
da offrire, per tutti i gusti e le difficoltà.
Ma anche la falesia di Anduins,
con oltre cento vie, considerata la falesia più comoda d'Italia,
dal momento che si comincia ad arrampicare dal parcheggio, dove l'illuminazione
permette di arrampicare anche di notte, oltre che la comoda area di
ristoro e l'acqua corrente presenti in loco.
La provincia di Pordenone, inoltre, racchiude moltissimi settori di
arrampicata, grandi e piccoli, che sfuggono spesso ai radar chi chi
si orienta verso zone pił "trendy". Falesie seminascoste o non molto
pubblicizzate sorgono quasi ovunque nella zona pedemontana del pordenonese
e offrono piccoli angoli poco frequentati dove arrampicare, come Bosplans.
È in questa zona che si ha il passaggio dalla pietra calcarea
che contraddistingue il resto della regione alla dolomia, che inizia
ad essere presente da qui verso occidente.
Il cambio lo si può sentire anche sulle falesie, dal momento
che in settori come quello di Dardago sono presenti entrambi i tipi
di roccia.
Ovviamente anche qui non mancano vie alpinistiche e possibilità
di escursioni. Da segnalare in particolare il Parco delle Dolomiti Friulane,
all'interno del quale si trova il celebre Campanile di Val Montanaia.
Climbing crags near Pordenone
Also for the province of Pordenone, like Udine,
it is hard to talk about climbing without it being a synonym of mountain,
and the mountains here are among the wildest and untouched in the region.
In particular, a visit should be done to the crags of Erto,
with it's Big sector, that has attracted and challenged some of the
best climbers in the world, the No Big sector, with routes opened by
Mauro Corona so that even beginners and mid level climbers can enjoy
the area, and the almos two hundred routes it can offer, for all tastes
and difficulties.
But there is also the crag of Anduins,
with more than one hundred routes, that is considered the most accessible
crag in Italy, since it is possible to climb right from the parking
area, where the lighting makes it possible to climb even at night, not
considering there is a picnic area and drinking water available right
near the routes.
The province of Pordenone also has many climbing crags, big and small.
that often aren't noticed by the radar of climbers looking for the more
"trendy" areas. Hidden and little publicized crags offering little known
corners where to climb, like Bosplans,
are very common in the Pedemontana area
It is in this area that there is the passage from limestone that is
distinctive of the rest of the region, to dolomite, that becomes the
main rock starting from here towards the west.
This change can be felt also on the crags, since in sectors like Dardago,
both kinds of rock are present.
Obviously multi pitch routes and hiking opportunities are abundant in
this area too, especially in the Park of the Dolomiti Friulane, where
a visit can be done to the famous Campanile di Val Montanaia.
